These Terms of Sale apply to cleaning and related services purchased from New World Cleaning LLC unless different terms are provided in a written agreement, estimate, proposal, or service contract.
Prices provided in estimates are based on the information reasonably available at the time the estimate is prepared. Pricing may depend upon property size, condition, requested services, frequency of service, accessibility, and other factors.
If circumstances at the property materially differ from those described when the estimate was prepared, New World Cleaning may discuss revised pricing or service requirements with the customer before performing additional work.
Appointments are subject to availability. Arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, prior appointments, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material scheduling changes.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas where services are to be performed and for informing New World Cleaning about relevant hazards, special surfaces, fragile property, pets, security requirements, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Payment terms will be shown on the applicable estimate, invoice, receipt, or service agreement. Customers are responsible for paying amounts due according to those terms.
Electronic payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy policies.
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. New World Cleaning may establish specific cancellation requirements or fees for particular services, recurring arrangements, or appointments when disclosed to the customer beforehand.
If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact New World Cleaning promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to review legitimate concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers should notify us of unusually delicate, valuable, damaged, or irreplaceable items before service begins.
Responsibility for property damage will be determined according to the circumstances, applicable agreements, and applicable law.
Additional services requested after an estimate has been accepted may result in additional charges. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in scope or pricing before performing additional work.
These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
